This proposal has two parts.

1. Change our Meetup Group to a private group. This removes the ability of nonmembers to see our members list and view our event details.  This is an all or nothing change.  It locks them both down, you can't choose one or the other.  Once this change is made, you can't go back to a public group.
2. Require admin approval for all new members. We can add up to 5 questions prospective members would need to answer. An admin would review the answers and either approve or reject the application.
